- How you reached us, for example which advertisement or campaign link you clicked.
- Basic website usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools, described below.
Why we use it
- To contact you about buying or selling a plot in Anupam Vihar, by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To match buyers with sellers and arrange site visits.
- To understand which of our advertising works, so we spend it better.
We use your contact details only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
- Our own team, including our staff on the ground in Jaipur.
- Service providers that run our systems, such as our customer database (Zoho CRM), our website host and our email provider. They process data for us and may store it outside India.
- The other side of a deal, only when you agree to go ahead with a site visit or transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. These tools use cookies or similar technology to measure visits and to tell us when someone who saw our ads sends an enquiry. You can limit this through your browser settings and your Google and Meta ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to help you buy or sell, and for our records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@anupamviharplots.in and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the relevant authority in India.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
